Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange or refund, please review the guidelines below:

  • Eligibility Period: Exchanges and refunds are allowed within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number when requesting an exchange or refund.

  • Condition of Items: The product must be returned in its original condition, with packaging intact and unused.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are not eligible for orders placed using Cash on Delivery payment method.

You may process your exchange or refund at any of our branches within the eligible period.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
